Packed with contemporary flair, this brick warehouse conversion is perfect for families and those wanting a light-filled quiet oasis just moments from buzzing Lygon Street. Set down the end of a small street the stunning 3 level 3 bedroom residence was designed by the award-winning architects Splinter Society. Truly a hidden gem, it features soft wooden tones, clean lines, polished concrete floors and north-facing oversized windows that stream natural light and warmth throughout the incredibly well-designed layout. A soaring lightwell provides even further light, architectural interest and generous spaciousness.

From the moment you walk in you feel at ease, coming up to the first floor and the glass doors extend an already open-plan living area onto a large north-facing terrace, creating an easy connection between indoor and outdoor living. For those who love to entertain, the kitchen and dining space are well integrated, balancing clean contemporary design with everyday practicality.

This is the jewel in the crown - the northernmost and largest of six boutique townhouses. Two bedrooms on the entry level are catered for with ample storage and central bathroom, and a primary suite on the top floor featuring an ensuite and oversized walk in wardrobe and study nook, plus two outdoor spaces - meaning everyone in the family gets their own areas to relax.

Enjoy all year round comfort with split-system heating and cooling across all three levels, an alarm system, video intercom entry, storage throughout, separate laundry and a remote controlled garage with internal access and designer tiled floor adding further options and appeal.

Just moments from Lygon St cafes, restaurants, bars, East Brunswick Village, trams and local parks the location places some of the area's best amenities within easy reach, while also sitting within the sought after Princes Hill Secondary College zone.
