Positioned directly on Brighton's Esplanade, one of Melbourne's most sought-after coastal addresses, with uninterrupted bay views that no one can ever build out, this impressive townhouse delivers the ultimate beachside lifestyle. Cross the road and you are at the world-famous Brighton Beach boxes and Holloway Beach. Grab your kayaks or bicycles from the double garage and the bay is yours. Stroll down to Beach House café for morning coffees and waterfront dining.
The upper level is designed entirely around the view. Glass panels run across the open-plan living, dining and kitchen, drawing the bay inside at every turn. The living area centres on a gas fireplace that opens directly to a large balcony where the outlook is nothing short of spectacular. The well-appointed kitchen features a full suite of Bosch and Miele appliances including an induction cooktop, double ovens, dishwasher, an island bench, a pantry, and vintec wine fridge. The upper level is conveniently accessed by a private lift.
Downstairs offers exceptional sleeping and entertaining spaces. A second living zone with a fitted library and a kitchenette/wet bar opens to a balcony that wraps the front of the home, extending to the elevated garden beyond. Here a sun-drenched, low-maintenance lawn takes in panoramic views across the bay to the You Yangs, and the scent of the sea is a constant reminder the beach is steps away. A separate undercover barbecue and dining area completes the outdoor offering.
The main bedroom suite is generously proportioned with a luxurious ensuite and walk-in robe. A second king-sized bedroom opens to a private deck, while the third offers versatility as a bedroom or home office, fitted with custom cabinetry and a desk.
Further appointments include lift access to all three levels, an entry foyer, polished hardwood floors, automated blinds, a large laundry with drying rack and laundry chute, a mudroom, a double remote-operated garage, zoned central heating and cooling, two powder rooms, video intercom entry and a security alarm.
For those who have always wanted to wake up to the bay, this is the opportunity. Brighton Beach station sits around the corner, and bayside's finest private schools are within easy reach, including Brighton Grammar, Firbank, St Joan of Arc, Haileybury College and St Leonard's College.
