Designed by acclaimed architect Nicholas Day, this exceptional residence is a statement in scale, craftsmanship and enduring design, distinguished by palatial proportions, a strong architectural identity and refined French influences.

A dramatic arrival immediately establishes the home’s impressive sense of scale, with soaring ceilings, exquisite marble finishes and a striking statement fireplace creating an unforgettable first impression. Beyond, expansive living and dining domains unfold with the elegance of gallery-like spaces, enriched by herringbone American Oak parquetry and full-height marble surfaces. Walls of glass and elegant French doors draw the landscaped gardens into view, creating a seamless connection to the outdoors, where a swimming pool, built-in barbecue and integrated wine fridge invite effortless entertaining.

At the heart of the home, the kitchen balances exceptional functionality with considered architectural detail, beautifully appointed in marble and equipped with a suite of Gaggenau appliances. A discreet butler’s kitchen is concealed behind elegant steel-framed glass, while a separate formal lounge offers a more intimate setting for quiet relaxation. A glass-enclosed wine cellar adds a distinctive and sophisticated focal point.

The accommodation is thoughtfully arranged to deliver privacy, serenity and a sense of retreat. The main suite is a luxurious sanctuary, centred around a private internal atrium and complemented by a sumptuous double ensuite with spa bath and bespoke finishes. Each additional bedroom enjoys its own ensuite and outlook to a private atrium, while two fitted home offices with bespoke joinery provide beautifully resolved work-from-home spaces.

Further luxuries include a dedicated cinema room, library or additional lounge, and an impressive four-car garage with car lift. An internal lift provides effortless access throughout the residence, complemented by ducted air conditioning, underfloor heating and integrated home automation for year-round comfort and convenience.
