Sitting on top of the world in one of Geelong’s most exclusive addresses, this luxury apartment offers the ultimate in resort-style living.

Nestled in a luxuriant elevated garden of shrubs, ferns and flowers, the two-bedroom beachfront apartment is centre stage to the best views in town.

It’s like being on a permanent exotic holiday, with year-round access to a private communal swimming pool with spa, paved patios and sun seats.

The home opens to a central hall, either side the first bedroom, with BIRs, and a family bathroom with bath, vanity, separate toilet and European laundry behind louvered doors. Eight doors of built-in cabinetry down one side of the hall answer all your storage needs.

At the end, step into the master suite with sitting room, walk-through wardrobe and ensuite with shower, toilet and double vanity.

The big surprise comes when you slide open double glass doors to a paved sitting area, the glorious garden and a grassy vantage point that surveys the glistening bay. It’s easy to wake in the morning, sit up and be mesmerized by all before you. Am I really in Geelong? There are crowns of rustling palm trees, a huge blue sky and a sparkling sea stretching to a faraway shoreline.

Can you believe, the kitchen/dining/living zone is even more spectacular! Windows and sliding doors on three sides guarantee a glorious outlook from this north-facing corner site. The living area is air-conditioned and has electric heating.

The kitchen features timber-look cabinetry, stone benches, Kleenmade induction cooktop, Chef wall oven and Dishlex dishwasher. The kitchen looks north, so the gourmet in your household gets to share all the views.

Slide open the doors onto a paved alfresco area and low-rise wall adorned with beautiful groomed foliage. It’s the foreground to even bigger views stretching from the swaying masts at the yacht club, across to the You Yangs and taking in Geelong’s greatest asset, Eastern Beach with pools, café, restaurant and walking paths.

There’s parking for one car and use of a shared cage for bicycles. Eastern Gardens and the Botanic Gardens are at the end of the street and Pevensey Gardens around the corner. The Waterfront, CBD, Deakin University and the hospital precinct are also nearby.
