A remarkable offering that is the one of the last of its kind, presenting a rare opportunity to acquire a select 2000m2 (approx.) allotment surrounded by green space, with beautiful northern views to Mount Macedon, and within walking distance of Gisborne township, adjoining the renowned Morningside Estate and Gisborne Golf Club.

"The Greens" hosts 17 exclusive properties each sized at approximately ½ acre, with the gently undulating land preserving rich natural beauty, designed with a significant effort to maintain the high value biodiversity on the site, with gorgeous mature gum trees and distinct ecology of rare vegetation. Three reserves are approved for the development, which is zoned for Gisborne Secondary College and close to a range of primary schools.

It's the perfect place to create a forever home (STCA) of architectural significance in a peaceful, quiet, low-density residential area that maintains a distinctly rural feel without compromising on convenience. Extraordinary for its parklike setting, it's mere moments to the heart of town with vibrant shops and cafés, while Calder Freeway access and transport options also close by.

Accessed via Fairway Drive, "The Greens" is perfectly oriented to inspire a noteworthy new home build (STCA) deserving of homes of the future – comfortable, liveable, and sustainable, in keeping with the dreamy verdant splendour of the land. Experience a genuine tree-change lifestyle just a 20-minute walk to the centre of Gisborne.
