Why we're obsessed with 11 Better Boy Court, Skye:

Whatever standards you set before you started looking for your next family chapter, this breathtaking 4-bedroom, 2-lounge residence is primed to exceed every one of them, curated with a heightened level of care that really shows at every turn. The kitchen is surrounded by a lifestyle unfolding across a significant single-level footprint and a huge 718 sq. metre (approx.) allotment, presenting a compelling proposition for families who want to simply move in and kick back.

Neat gardens at the end of the court open into a formal lounge and dining room with large windows front and rear, stepping up to an open family room and a generous kitchen, where a 900mm gas cooker, a dishwasher, and a large buffet island set centre stage for extravagant cooking, relaxing and entertaining. A raised balcony deck steps down to a terrace and a humongous backyard, wrapping around to a sealed basketball area and a fenced utility space ready-made for a large storage shed.

The master suite sits at the front of the home with a unique walk-in robe and stylish ensuite, with three further bedrooms surrounding a central bathroom in all the peaceful corners of the layout. Living here puts you just moments from Carrum Downs Secondary, Banyan Fields and Rowellyn Park Primary Schools, and buses, with Sandhurst Club, Carrum Downs Shopping Centre, and freeway/highway access all within easy reach.
