A golden opportunity rarely presents itself and on this occasion, being the first time ever in over 32 years, it is one not to be missed!

This peaceful, lifestyle retreat is reminiscent of a rural reception centre and simply must be inspected to fully appreciate the quality master craftsman hardwood construction, flexible layout and picturesque garden setting. Perfectly positioned on over 2 acres of natural bushland, located within a stylish enclave of upper Elanora, you will absolutely love the seclusion of the natural surroundings, yet you are only minutes from the M1, quality shopping options at the the Pines, excellent schools and fabulous Gold Coast beaches at Palm Beach and Currumbin.

This quality hardwood timber home was designed and built to last by master builder Wade Mitchell. Immediately on entry you will be captivated by the soaring timber ceilings to the main atrium, perfectly serviced by the centrally positioned, almost commercial sized kitchen. The wrap-around verandah is a particular treat, offering covered spaces to relax and entertain regardless of the weather, capturing cooling breezes while enjoying the natural sights and sounds of the delightful setting.

The kitchen boasts an absolute dream layout for those who love to entertain, with upgraded cabinetry, benches and appliances. The standouts being the enormous 4m stone benchtop, the silky oak preparation stations with pressed tin feature splashbacks and SMEG 8 burner oven/gas stovetop unit.

The open plan living and dining area features a two-way combustion heater set in a sandstone feature wall. This serves to delineate the library/home office, featuring a wall of built-in shelving units and could easily work as another guest room option if required.

All bedrooms are generous in proportion, with robes and fans to 3 bedrooms. The master suite opens onto the verandah and is nicely separated for privacy, with walk-in robe and ensuite. Bedroom 4 can be configured any way your family unit desires, and can be changed as the family grows. Utilise the loft above the 3rd living area as the kids room, or simply reverse and have the kids sleep on the lower level and use the loft as their play area. Either way, they are guaranteed to love the setting and the flexibility, as much as you will adore the solid timber construction.

The lovely setting is designed for a private, peaceful lifestyle in a convenient, accessible location. The gorgeous front lawn boasts the Northerly aspect, is well established and easily maintained, which leads to the private, infinity edged, lagoon style pool. The natural setting is mostly cleared, while providing an environment for flora and fauna to thrive. Thinking second dwelling? A gentle sloping site at the front of the property is the obvious option (STCA).

The sealed bitumen driveway leads to a double carport, with additional space for at least another 3 more vehicles including another single carport plus ample open space. The quality 9m single bay garage/workshop is an added bonus for work or play, on slab with power and lighting.

Additional features include: -
* Town water plus 1 x 10k ltr tank + 2 x 5k ltr tanks
* Lagoon pool with infinity edge and sand filter
* Solid timber construction including hardwood frame and decks, blackbutt flooring and cypress pine ceilings
* Double carport, single carport, open spaces and 9m x 3m workshop/shed
