Located in a most popular and secluded Portsea cul de sac, just a peaceful stroll from spectacular Shelley Beach, this substantially scaled modern residence offers easy, north facing, single level living for multiple generations and grand scale entertaining, the Portsea way.

Completely private, there’s a pleasurable mystery as you enter the property - after a drive from the city or a walk into Sorrento - affording an opportunity to transition from one state of mind to another. The meandering driveway is a tease, revealing lush green lawn, a perfect play for light and shadow, leading to a four car lock up garage opening directly into the home, with an additional rear access though to Wimbledon Court behind.

The spacious residence extends seamlessly across the slightly elevated site, capturing beautiful, all day sunshiny garden views to the swimming pool and oversized outdoor gathering, and entertaining patio.

Entry into the house is magnificent, inviting immediate circulation throughout the light filled oversized home, featuring generously proportioned open plan living, boasting formal and informal areas. Comprising kitchen, pantry, family and meals, then dining and lounge spaces within the primary core. The principal bedroom suite and fully equipped office are on one side, with 3 further bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and study on the other. This is a brilliantly functional design catering for everyone, and your inspection will not disappoint.
