Perched to capture sweeping views across to Port Phillip Bay and beyond to Melbourne, this striking architectural home is a masterclass in contemporary coastal design, cleverly reversing the floor plan to put living spaces where the views are best enjoyed.

The facade alone sets the tone, with dark corrugated cladding and warm timber accents creating real street presence, framed by low-maintenance native landscaping. Step through the entry and the layout reveals itself cleverly across two levels. The ground floor houses three carpeted bedrooms, a central bathroom, laundry and a second casual living area that opens through glass sliders to a paved and fully fenced rear courtyard, private and low-maintenance. The double garage sits alongside with internal access.

Head upstairs and the home opens right up. A light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living zone runs the width of the house, with rich polished timber floors underfoot and walls of glass drawing in the water views. The kitchen doesn't hold back, with gloss black cabinetry, stone benchtops, a walk-in pantry, gas cooktop and Bosch dishwasher all set around a generous island bench that's built for entertaining. The adjoining living space flows out to a covered balcony, the perfect spot to watch the sun go down over the bay with a drink in hand.

The master suite is tucked away on this level too, and it doesn't disappoint. A large walk-in dressing room with custom shelving leads through to a striking ensuite finished in bold black subway tile, complete with freestanding bath, twin vanities and a separate powder room for guests.

Add ducted heating, refrigerated cooling and a private, low-maintenance backyard, and you've got a home that's as easy to live in as it is impressive to look at.

Set within an easy stroll of the foreshore, this is coastal living done properly. Inspection will not disappoint.
