Spanning a substantial 2.2 hectares in the tightly held Moolap area, this property offers a rare opportunity for those chasing space, privacy, and hobby farm potential. Whether you're after room for horses, machinery, a workshop potential or space from the neighbours, this parcel of land delivers potential for all.
The existing home is a classic farmhouse with a gabled roofline, and is brimming with potential. Inside, a thoughtfully designed floor-plan offers a large kitchen and dining space, with a freestanding gas oven, classic cabinetry, and a spacious separate living area with a wood fireplace to keep warm in the cooler months. Comprising four generous bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate laundry, this home offers a blank canvas for those who can envision its potential, whether through a renovation to restore its character or starting anew by knocking down to rebuild STCA.
The standout feature is the additional shedding. A substantial modern shed with high roller doors and a personal access door offers excellent workshop, storage, or machinery space, and is complemented by additional garaging and horse stables, giving hobby farmers and handymen plenty of options to store tools and equipment in secure spaces.
For those with vision, this is your chance to secure a large landholding in close proximity to Geelong and the Bellarine, with excellent shedding, and the opportunity to shape a lifestyle property to your own design. Opportunities of this scale rarely arise, inspection is highly recommended to appreciate the full extent of the land and outbuildings on offer.
