Relax to the sounds of the ocean and lap up the lazy days of summer with this three-bedroom elevated seaside retreat just a few doors from the dramatic ocean coastline and Koonya beach.

This is a land-value opportunity for a rebuild (STCA) to claim wide vistas of the ocean dunes, the bay and Arthurs Seat in a tightly held no-thru road neighbourhood. Alternatively, it provides a great renovation opportunity requiring replacement of the deck supports and general restoration and refreshment.

Only 300m from the national park with walking trails to Koonya and Montforts ocean beaches as well as stunning Bridgewater Bay, this is a place where family memories are made!

Spread across two levels with balconies on three sides capturing views in almost every direction, open plan living and two bathrooms, the home offers comfortable accommodation with loads of natural light and the character of exposed timber ceilings and polished hardwood floors.

On the lower level is a large bunkroom or second living area with an ensuite/laundry ideal for children and their friends, while upstairs are two more bedrooms including the main with an ensuite, a tidy kitchen and meals area and the main living area opening to a wide east-facing entertaining balcony for weekend barbecues that continue on into the evening.

Three split-system airconditoning units assure comfort in all seasons, while a paved driveway provides off-street parking and the shops and cafes of Blairgowrie village and Sorrento townships are just a few minutes away.
