Tucked away in a whisper quiet street in highly sought after South Cottesloe, this beautiful circa 1905 character residence is a home of warmth, charm and wonderful versatility, surrounded by lush established gardens.

Rich in original character, with soaring ceilings, beautiful fireplaces and gorgeous period features, the home has evolved over the years to create a fabulous family residence that celebrates its history while offering light-filled spaces and a wonderfully flexible way of living.

From the moment you enter, the character and warmth of the home are immediately apparent. To the left, the generous master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a walk-in robe and beautiful light filled ensuite. Opposite, a cosy lounge room with a fireplace provides an inviting place to relax and unwind, while further along, a gorgeous guest bedroom with its own stunning fireplace continues the home's beautiful period charm.

A few steps lead you to what is undoubtedly the heart of the home, the fabulous kitchen, family and dining area. Bathed in beautiful northern light, this expansive space feels as though it is floating amongst the treetops, with greenery framed from every outlook and a wonderful sense of privacy.

The living spaces flow seamlessly onto the large verandah, creating a beautiful extension of the home. Surrounded by lush established gardens, it is the perfect place for entertaining family and friends, enjoying long lunches and evening drinks, or simply starting the day with a quiet morning coffee amongst the trees.

The home works beautifully as one generous family residence, with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and multiple living spaces providing wonderful separation when needed.

Alternatively, the downstairs level offers the flexibility to function as a completely separate space, with two bedrooms, its own kitchen, dining, living area and laundry. Having previously been rented separately, it presents a fabulous option for extended family, older children, guests or those looking for the opportunity to generate additional income, while still allowing the home to be enjoyed effortlessly as one.

Outside, the established gardens are absolutely beautiful, enveloping the home in greenery and adding to the wonderful sense of peace, privacy and seclusion. From the treetop outlook upstairs to the garden surrounds below, there is a lovely connection to nature throughout the home.

And then there is the location. Positioned in a tightly held pocket of South Cottesloe, you are just moments from Cottesloe Beach and the coastline, with the cafés, restaurants and boutiques of Napoleon Street also within easy reach. Excellent local and private schools, Cottesloe Train Station and public transport are all nearby, making everyday life incredibly convenient.
