If you've dreamed of walking to the beach for a swim every day of the year, this is the home for you. With Cottesloe main beach, Pete's pool and dog friendly Vera View beach all right on your doorstep, you will be spoilt for choice. Simply put, it does not get much better than this!

The home sits on 812sqm in the heart of Cottesloe. Beyond the daily luxury of being able to swim in the ocean, you can play tennis directly across the road or take a short stroll to the local Eric Street Shopping Centre. You're also surrounded by an endless selection of cafes, with John Street Cafe just around the corner and Eric Chamberlain, Little Sup and Daisies all within easy reach, just to name a few.

When respected architect Ross McAndrew designed this family home in 2006 he wanted to incorporate the beautiful outlook that 122 Broome has across the green lawns of Cottesloe Tennis Club, Cottesloe Civic Centre and the iconic pine trees along Broome Street. The outlook from the ground floor family living area and the upstairs master bedroom/ study area is hard to beat. Whichever way you look you are surrounded by stunning vistas.

In addition, the home has a large below ground heated pool, a Jet-Jol below-ground trampoline and a built in BBQ perfect for entertaining year round.

The home has been extremely well maintained with a thoughtful layout that incorporates high quality fittings and cabinetry throughout. You will have more than enough space for your family to grow and enjoy the relaxed lifestyle that only Cottesloe can offer.
