Complementing the extraordinary landholding is a wonderfully engaging five bedroom homestead, designed to comfortably accommodate family and visiting friends, along with several outbuildings including two enormous sheds. Extensively renovated, the home showcases lofty ceilings, large windows framing exceptional bushland views and an expansive combined living, dining and kitchen zone where everyone can gather.

A wood heater, fueled by abundant timber sourced from the property, and rich brick tones bring inviting warmth and character to the vast living area. Modern and beautifully designed for entertaining and catering for large family meals, the kitchen showcases generous prep space, 900mm cooktop and oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and plenty of drawer and pantry storage.

Capturing lovely bush views beyond the wraparound verandah, five peacefully positioned bedrooms are served by a luxurious fully tiled spa bathroom, separate toilet, study nook with built-in cabinetry, fitted laundry and boot room with guest toilet along with additional bathroom.

Enjoy drinks with friends on warm summer days while the kids make the most of the pool or explore on horseback, bike or on foot, the 6km of internal tracks winding through acres of native bushland. The property also includes a menage, shelter and three fenced paddocks, along with a motocross track.

The area surrounding the home is cleared and offers space to establish an orchard, vegetable garden and chook run, while additional clearings provide idyllic places to camp beneath the stars, enjoy a bonfire or host a barbecue. Abundant wildlife and birdlife further enhance the magic of this private natural sanctuary.

Exceptional infrastructure includes three dams, approximately 300,000 lt tank water storage, a bore, huge machinery and woodshed and an enormous extended height shed beside the home. Complete with three roller doors, reinforced concrete floor, hoist, 15-amp power, water and two versatile office or storage spaces, it’s the ultimate mancave, workshop or tradies haven.

Freshly painted inside and out and immaculately presented, the property also features a 13kW solar system with 25.6kW battery storage, 25kVA generator and remote electric gated access. Utterly peaceful and wonderfully private, this exceptional property is surrounded by State Park, spectacular drives and beautiful walking trails, is eighteen minutes from Yarra Junction and even closer to Gembrook.
