This is your invitation to arrive within a setting that gives you every reason to stay. Commanding six acres of prestigious bay frontage, this extraordinary modernist estate unfolds against a horizon washed in aquamarine, where uninterrupted northern views stretch across the water to the You Yangs and the distant Melbourne skyline. Privately immersed within established grounds of rolling lawns, sculpted plantings and a curated mini orchard, the property feels suspended between land and sea, secluded, cinematic and entirely in its own world.

Designed in the spirit of 1960s Palm Springs modernism, the residence forms a striking U-shaped composition wrapped around a central indoor pool atrium, the social nucleus of the home. Walls of glass draw the landscape inward, dissolving boundaries between interior and exterior, while breeze block screens and disciplined symmetry ground the architecture in its era. Timber-lined zones, ambient lighting and layered textures soften the geometry, creating interiors that feel sun washed, textural and enduringly stylish.

Daily life unfolds around water, garden and sky. The Miele appointed kitchen connects seamlessly to expansive living and dining domains, all oriented toward the pool and bay beyond, spaces designed for long lunches, extended celebrations and quiet retreat alike. Five large bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a striking glass enclosed shower room, provide flexibility for family and guests, while the substantial workshop appointed with a suite of heritage joinery machinery speaks to the property’s provenance and possibility.

Beyond the residence, the lifestyle offering broadens. A championship tennis court sets the stage for summer competition and late afternoon aperitifs, while poolside entertaining leans effortlessly into sunset gatherings framed by water and palms. The home’s strong modernist bones present a compelling foundation for a considered architectural revival, luxury accommodation venture, or private family compound of rare scale and presence (STCA).
