Known as Whitesbeach, the property spans an impressive 3,714m² (approximately one acre) of professionally landscaped grounds and offers a unique blend of privacy, elegance, and spacious living.

Originally commissioned by a dignitary and previously a host to royalty and notable guests, this secluded compound boasts timeless architectural character and an atmosphere of quiet prestige. At its core stands a magnificent three-level residence with an array of luxurious suites—each featuring its own private en-suite—designed to accommodate both family living and distinguished visitors in absolute comfort. Elevated suites on the top floor offer sweeping views of the nearby ocean, making the most of the stunning coastal setting.

An additional self-contained wing on the first floor offers independent living quarters, ideal for extended family or staff. One level below, a striking Egyptian-inspired suite modeled after ancient tombs adds a bold and creative flair, reflecting the estate’s unique personality.

The property also includes a state-of-the-art wellness centre featuring a heated indoor pool and spa, full kitchen, and his-and-hers changing areas, as well as an elegant area for poolside dining. Culinary experiences are elevated in the dedicated teppanyaki room and Tuscan-style courtyard, perfect for entertaining on a grand scale.

Families will appreciate the thoughtfully designed children's play area, while a separate two-story guesthouse—The Coach House—provides further accommodation with three bedrooms and a private garden setting.

Recreational amenities are plentiful, including a full-sized, floodlit tennis court adaptable for lawn bowls, and a striking billiards hall—known as The Great Hall—complete with a custom bar, fireplace, and vintage furnishings including a classic 12x6 Thurston’s pool table.

The outdoor landscape is a masterpiece in itself, featuring themed gardens and recreational spaces such as a mini golf course, croquet lawn, in-ground trampoline, and areas themed as Pelican Point, Flamingo Island, Safari Walk, and more—each with its own visual and auditory character to captivate all ages.

The estate is designed for both luxury and practicality, offering independent utilities including a generator, auxiliary switchboard, large screened water tank with custom coastal artwork, and discreet service facilities. Parking is ample, with a three-car garage, workshop, double carport, and several additional spaces.

Now, after more than a decade of dedicated ownership, this one-of-a-kind estate is available on a walk-in, walk-out basis—complete with a classic 1989 Mazda MX-5 Convertible in original condition.
