There are properties - and then there are places that make you question why you ever lived any other way.

Set behind two secure gates and reached via a stunning driveway lined with ornamental pears, 14-16 Reserve Road is a 10-acre hobby farm that somehow also manages to be a beautifully appointed, generous family home. It's the kind of place where the kids disappear for hours and the adults don't mind at all.

Inside, high ceilings and a sense of space set the tone from the moment you step through the grand hallway. A formal lounge overlooks the gardens through expansive glazing, while a guest suite at the front of the home offers privacy and its own ensuite – ideal for extended family or visitors who never quite want to leave.

The open plan kitchen, meals and living area is flooded with natural light and anchored by a wood-burning fire. The kitchen itself is a genuine centrepiece – stone benchtops, a large island bench and high-end appliances that will delight anyone who actually enjoys cooking. Bi-folding doors flow out to a stunning glass conservatory with magical views across the land, perfect for slow mornings or golden afternoons.

Three bedrooms each feature their own loft space – an absolute dream for kids – while the master suite overlooks the pool and includes a walk-in robe and ensuite. A separate rumpus room plus a study rounds out the interior perfectly, while the hydronic heating and evaporative cooling ensure the home is comfortable all year-round.

Outside, the property delivers on every level: 10 fenced paddocks, all with access to water which are currently home to sheep, chickens and alpacas, a veggie patch and established orchard. Add to that two dams, a woodshed and workshop, an inground saltwater pool, and water tanks with a built-in sprinkler system, this is acreage living at its most considered – and its most magical.
