Designed by one of Australia’s pre-eminent horsewomen—whose remarkable career spans from early show disciplines through to Grand Prix dressage and beyond—this extraordinary equestrian facility has been created to exacting standards, with absolutely no expense spared. For the serious rider or equestrian professional, this is a rare and inspired offering where vision, experience, and uncompromising quality combine to create something truly exceptional.

Set across approximately 25 acres in the heart of Lancefield, within the breathtaking Macedon Ranges and enjoying stunning views to Mount William, this state-of-the-art, purpose-built equestrian centre represents one of the region’s finest horse properties. Every detail has been meticulously considered to support elite performance while delivering an environment of beauty, efficiency, and calm.

At the centre of the property is an outstanding 20 x 60 metre covered arena, enclosed on three sides and featuring a cutting-edge ebb and flow system with integrated, automated underground watering and drainage. This advanced technology maintains consistent, optimal moisture from below, eliminating the need for overhead watering. Finished with a premium Capricorn surface, the arena provides exceptional stability, cushioning, and secure footing—ideal for advanced dressage movements or jumping. A glassed viewing area with an adjoining kitchen completes the space, creating a refined, distinctly European atmosphere.

The equestrian infrastructure is equally impressive, comprising nine stables, each fitted with ceiling fans, along with separate feed and tack rooms, a hot wash bay, and ample equipment storage. An adjoining machinery shed, approximately 21 metres deep with generous height clearance, comfortably accommodates large trucks and machinery. The property also features four undercover outdoor yards for additional shelter, seven large paddocks, and four day yards conveniently positioned near the indoor arena. All fencing is post-and-rail and presented in excellent condition throughout. Reticulated water, four water tanks, a dam, and access to clear, fresh bore water provide outstanding water security.

Accommodation is equally compelling, with a beautifully renovated two-bedroom cottage that has been thoughtfully and tastefully brought back to life. The home features a stunning new kitchen with island bench, solid marble benchtops and splashbacks, and quality Smeg appliances, along with a new bathroom and updated carpets, tiles, and paint throughout. Multiple split systems ensure year-round comfort, while the surrounding grounds create a truly tranquil and restorative setting. Ornamental grapevines, manicured hedges, poplars, mature silver birch trees, hydrangeas, and native shrubs frame the residence, while an established orchard offers olives, quince, cherry, apple, plum, apricot, nectarine, boysenberry, and fig trees.

Further highlights include solar panels connected to the indoor arena, significantly reducing power costs, automatic stable lighting controlled via the Wiser Room app, app-controlled automatic gates, cameras in the stables and arena, a training track around the perimeter of the property, satellite internet for excellent connectivity and dog-safe fencing around the home. Decking on two sides of the cottage provides the perfect setting for entertaining or relaxed family time, enhancing the overall sense of calm and escape.

Perfectly positioned between Lancefield and Kilmore, with easy access to hospitals, shopping, dining, and everyday amenities, this remarkable property presents an unrivalled lifestyle opportunity—combining world-class equestrian facilities with serene country living in one of Victoria’s most tightly held and picturesque regions.
