4-acre hobby farm with many options to indulge in your family's wish list. Including 2 quaint stables perfect for a beloved horse, donkey or pig
A small manageable orchard filled with many fruit varieties including a large, fabulous fig tree basking in its own glory. 100-year-old oaks also reside on the property with many other well-established plants and botanicals - making it a truly unique enclosed green space, offering privacy and peace within Mother Nature's finest showcase. Birdsong is also very much a part of the deal here adding to the daily ambience and charm. Watch the parrots and willy wag tails do their thing - and the kookaburras who love to hang around searching for their next meal, observing and waiting patiently on the bush tennis court pole. Their ever-familiar call (or maybe a new sound for you) reminding us of our blessed Aussie connections, in the comfort and luxury of a home on the Mornington Peninsula.
Included in the sale if you wish are the 2 resident sheep that nibble away at the grass reducing mowing time, or the fabulous old Massey Ferguson is on site to assist with the rest if desired. (Or buy a bunch of goats perhaps …)
The huge barn has such potential to be many things - housing the precious car collection and or boat/caravan. It is also ripe for a wonderful conversion/second living space - with part of the building infrastructure the remains of the original dairy. It is truly a unique space with so many options to make it your own

The coastal home has beautiful outlooks from the kitchen and lounge, which are encased by large windows that showcase the green outdoor spaces. Vistas can also be seen even further afar beyond the neighboring land. Spectacular sunrises for those up early enough - otherwise full moons are on great display with a front row seat from the kitchen window!
A Coonara wood heater and bricked open fireplace are on site with cosy winter evenings always an option. The house has 3/4 bedrooms as you prefer and a large study with built in cabinetry if working from home is a requirement. After work you may like to relax in the outdoor heated swim spa … up to you of course. Or watch the world go by on the deck with a G&T. You may be lucky enough to witness the occasional sighting of the koala up the gum tree. There is certainly no shortage of vista or atmosphere on Misty Farm (named for the low-lying mist in winter)
The property is close to both shopping centres at Balnarring and Hastings. And of course there are beaches, golf courses and vineyards literally all over the place! All with freeway access just 10minutes away if needed. With approximately an hour to get to Melbourne central.

The farm offers a charming way to live life, surrounding you and your family with the true warmth and relaxed vibe that mother nature and this coastal home and parcel of land provide.
So, if this sounds like your next chapter, we welcome an inspection by appointment at your convenience or at advertised house openings.
