Perched high on the hill and taking in beautiful vistas across the surrounding countryside, this character filled Toodyay home captures so much of what makes country living special.

Abundant birdlife, peaceful surrounds and wonderful sunsets create a genuine sense of space and tranquillity, with the late afternoon light spilling across the distant valleys and transforming the outlook as the day draws to a close.

The four bedroom, two bathroom home has warmth and personality throughout, from charming bay windows and timber ceilings to the delightful country kitchen with its buttercup yellow cabinetry.

The main bedroom is privately positioned away from the remaining bedrooms and enjoys beautiful corner windows that make the most of the surrounding outlook. Soak in the outside vista while enjoying your morning coffee in bed.

A generous walk in wardrobe, reverse cycle air conditioning and ensuite provide a comfortable retreat.

Three additional bedrooms are positioned together in a separate part of the home. Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the bedrooms and living area provides year round comfort.

Outside is where the property really embraces its country setting. A long, weather protected alfresco area provides a lovely spot for entertaining, relaxing or simply sitting back and enjoying the peaceful surrounds.

Gardeners will appreciate the sheltered vegetable garden with raised, reticulated beds and over 150,000+ rain water tank capacity.

A substantial 10m x 6m powered Colorbond shed with concrete floor provides excellent storage, workspace and additional vehicle accommodation, complemented by two extra height carports ideal for larger 4WDs or a caravan.

For those wanting space for animals, there is an electrified space previously used for chickens, together with a separate enclosure providing some interesting possibilities.
