Complete with approved plans and permits to construct a luxurious 40sq two-storey residence, this flat and vacant 557sqm block presents a rare opportunity to commence construction without delay. Designed by acclaimed Rez Architects, the approved plans showcase striking contemporary architecture centred around a dramatic feature staircase and expansive light-filled interiors.

On the main floor, the proposed residence incorporates two separate living zones, a covered alfresco entertaining area overlooking a swimming pool, a showpiece gourmet kitchen with butler's pantry, a ground-floor master suite, a guest powder room, and a double garage. Upstairs, the plans include a third living area, a lavish master retreat complete with a dressing room and luxe ensuite, three additional robed bedrooms, and three further full bathrooms.

Beautifully conceived with meticulous attention to detail and a thoughtfully designed floorplan tailored to modern multi-generational living, the approved plans offer an exceptional opportunity to fast-track the creation of a dream family home.

With buses just steps away, the location is within easy walking distance of Riverview Terrace Reserve, Morris Williams Reserve, Yarraleen Trail, and local Bulleen South Village shops. Zoned for both Templestowe College and Templestowe Valley Primary School, and moments from Ted Ajani Reserve, Timber Ridge Reserve, Macedon Plaza, and Marcellin College, the block is also a quick drive from Westfield Doncaster, Austin Hospital, and Heide Museum of Modern Art.

The buyer can use either their own design or the one shown in the render. A permit would be possible for commercial or 3 story residential property.
