Set within one of Templestowe’s most picturesque country lanes, this magnificent near-level 5,564 square metre allotment presents an exceptional opportunity to create an extraordinary private estate in one of the area’s most tightly held locations.

With its generous scale, ideal orientation, prominent position and glimpses towards the city skyline, the property provides an outstanding foundation for those looking to design and build a substantial luxury residence tailored entirely to their vision. Whether your dream is a grand architectural masterpiece, a sprawling family estate or a statement home surrounded by expansive gardens and resort-style amenities, the possibilities offered by this remarkable parcel of land are truly compelling.

The existing Ritter Davis residence provides an attractive option to enjoy immediately while future plans take shape or simply appreciate the property as it stands. Filled with natural light and enjoying beautiful garden outlooks, the single-level floorplan includes spacious lounge and dining areas with Coonara heating, a central meals and family zone, and a updated kitchen appointed with blue pearl granite benchtops and splashbacks, together with a Smeg 900mm stainless steel stove.

Four privately zoned bedrooms include a generous main bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite, complemented by excellent family accommodation.
Outside, the expansive grounds further highlight the property's incredible potential, with the living areas opening to a northerly aspect and an established outdoor entertaining environment featuring an in-ground pool and gazebo. There is also ample room to introduce additional lifestyle amenities, including the potential for a full-size tennis court, subject to the necessary approvals.

Practical features include ducted heating, a remote-control three-car garage and substantial additional parking via the bitumen driveway and parking apron.
Offering an exceptionally private and peaceful setting that feels a world away from the everyday, yet positioned only moments from Templestowe Village’s shops and cafés, Westerfolds Park, quality schools, transport and freeway access, this is a property where land, location and lifestyle come together in an extraordinary way.

For those with the vision to create something truly special, this is a rare opportunity to secure the land and setting for your future dream home.
