Owned by the one family for 42 years, this vacant allotment is a diamond in the rough, ready for its next rewarding chapter.

An extraordinarily rare opportunity in the blue-ribbon Berrima Estate, the 4025sqm (approx.) block with a broad 29.5 metre frontage is relatively flat, ensuring that the next owner can easily bring their own design vision to this tree-lined cul-de-sac.

Surrounded by beautiful homes, there is an abundance of space on which to build an opulent family residence as well as a swimming pool and tennis court if desired (STCA).

Perfectly positioned near top schools, including Carey Grammar, Whitefriars, and Donvale Christian College, this home is also within the zones for Milgate Primary School, just a 4-minute drive, and East Doncaster Secondary College (EDSC), approximately 5 minutes away. Enjoy a relaxing stroll along the Mullum Mullum Trail, or take advantage of the nearby bus stop for easy access to The Pines Shopping Centre and Nunawading train station. With the Eastern Freeway close by, you're only 30 minutes from the city.
