An extremely rare jewel in the heart of the Yarra Valley, this vacant block of approximately 61 acres is a blank canvas opportunity unlike any other.

Surrounded by world-class wineries and orchards, be romanced by the show-stopping views in all directions where the ever-changing hue of fertile farmland and contrasting skyline harmonises with the soaring beauty of Mount Donna Buang, the Yarra Ranges and the Kinglake Ranges.

Introduced by a 1 kilometre driveway that sweeps past a large dam, this picturesque and gently sloping block cannot be built out by neighbouring properties. With 3-phase power available to connect, take the existing plans to council and secure their approval to build a substantial family residence (STCA).

A slice of rural paradise, it's only a 17 minute drive to Healesville and a 16 minute drive to Lilydale for leading public and private schools, transport and convenient retail.
