Discover Tussie Mussie, a truly exceptional Mornington Peninsula lifestyle estate set on 23.5 acres of north-facing gardens, rolling lawns, and a flourishing vineyard. This rare property has been meticulously maintained and thoughtfully enhanced over the years, offering a unique opportunity for flexible family living, entertaining, and immersion in the Peninsula’s celebrated food and wine culture.

The estate features up to nine bedrooms across three distinct residences, each with its own character, combining privacy, comfort, and generous living spaces. Most bedrooms boast luxurious ensuites, while open-plan living, sun-drenched terraces, and cathedral ceilings create spaces that are both welcoming and expansive. A central highlight is The Vineyard Lodge, with its wood-fired reception hall, cathedral ceilings, media room, and outdoor terraces overlooking the vineyard and the iconic Long Table.

Outdoor living is central to the Tussie Mussie experience. Alfresco dining zones, a pizza oven beneath a majestic oak, manicured rose gardens, olive trees, and vegetable gardens provide an idyllic backdrop for entertaining or relaxed weekend retreats. A north-south mod grass tennis court, three picturesque dams, and extensive rustic sheds with integrated cooking facilities ensure endless options for recreation, celebrations, or creative pursuits.

The seven-acre producing vineyard, planted in 2009 and managed by award-winning winemakers, offers Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grapes for the Tussie Mussie label, with the vineyard’s north-facing orientation, advanced irrigation, and phylloxera-free vines ensuring both quality and visual impact. A licensed bore, water tanks, greywater recycling, and upgraded three-phase electricity provide exceptional infrastructure for sustainable living and future possibilities.

Every element of the estate has been designed for lifestyle, from the raised garden beds with herbs and vegetables to the Long Table beneath wrought-iron candelabras overlooking the vineyard. Tussie Mussie is more than a home — it’s a retreat, an entertainer’s paradise, and a private sanctuary where elegance, versatility, and natural beauty converge.
