Children can ride ponies in the paddock or on the oversized arena, care for chickens in the coop, and climb trees before returning to the verandah for stories at dusk. Fruit trees offer a seasonal bounty, while the powered workshop and machinery shed provide space for hobbies, tinkering or practical needs.
Here, life unfolds at a gentler pace. Parents will love the connection to community, with schools, shops and cafés close by, and the convenience of an easy commute to the city or airport. Families will love the sense of freedom, the closeness to nature, and the opportunity to build cherished memories in a home that truly feels like it belongs to the landscape.
This is more than a property – it is a lifestyle, a childhood playground, and a family sanctuary all in one. A rare opportunity to secure a charming historical estate in the heart of the Parkerville community.
