Set on an exceptional 5-acre parcel in the highly sought-after suburb of Gelorup, this beautifully appointed lifestyle property offers the perfect blend of contemporary family living and equestrian excellence. Thoughtfully updated and meticulously maintained, every detail has been carefully considered to create a home that's ready to enjoy from day one.

Designed with family living in mind, the spacious floorplan offers four generous bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus a fifth bedroom or home office, providing flexibility for growing families, remote workers or those needing extra accommodation.

At the heart of the home is the stunning renovated kitchen, where style meets functionality. Featuring waterfall stone benchtops, a farmhouse sink, quality appliances including a 900mm oven, dishwasher, generous storage and filtered water connected to the plumbed fridge, this space is designed to bring family and friends together.

Multiple living zones ensure everyone has room to relax. The open-plan family area is warmed by a near-new wood fire, while a second spacious living room provides additional flexibility. Movie nights are taken to the next level in the dedicated theatre room, complete with projector screen and hardwired surround sound system for an immersive cinematic experience.

Comfort has been prioritised throughout, with ceiling fans in every room, hampton shutters, quality finishes and modern technology including hardwired Starlink internet, a hardwired security system with monitor located in the main living area, and reliable filtered drinking water supplied throughout the home.

Step outside and discover everything a true lifestyle property should offer. The entire property is fully reticulated from a newly sunk bore, with two independent pump systems servicing the home and irrigation separately. Seven newly fenced paddocks, each complete with water troughs, provide the perfect setup for horse enthusiasts, while two horse stables, chook pens and quality boundary fencing complete this outstanding rural package.

Established fruit trees create a productive orchard, while expansive open spaces offer endless opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Practical improvements continue with new guttering throughout the home, two concrete hardstands, a substantial four-bay shed, and a separate powered workshop with an adjoining lean-to. One of the horse stables is also powered, while the workshop has been recently rewired and includes a mezzanine floor, providing excellent storage and workspace.

Adding further value is a 28-panel solar system, helping to reduce running costs while embracing sustainable living.

Located just minutes from Bunbury and close to schools, shopping and everyday conveniences, this is a rare opportunity to secure a premium horse property without compromising on modern comforts.
