Near the peak of the hill providing a picture-perfect panorama across Keilor Village and beyond, this large allotment provides the perfect clean slate on which to design and build the ultimate family showpiece (STCA).

Completely vacant and ready for its next chapter to begin, key attributes of the block include neighbourhood residential zoning (NRZ1), along with uniform dimensions, wide frontage (18m+) and a total land area in the vicinity of 724 square metres.

One of the area’s most prestigious streetscapes, Skyline Drive has always been renowned for its impressive homes and spectacular views – particularly those on the village side (even numbers) enjoying the advantage of a north-facing backyard and outlook from the rear of the home.

A short stroll to local buses, village cafes, specialty shops and the Keilor pub, it’s also close to Keilor Primary School and the open spaces of Brimbank Park, as well as easy access to the Calder Freeway.

The vendor acknowledges that the land’s natural slope may be a consideration for prospective purchasers when assessing site preparation and build feasibility. The vendor, who operates an excavation business, is open to discussing a potential contribution towards reasonable excavation works for the purchaser, subject to the proposed design, scope of works, necessary approvals, and a separate agreement between the parties.
