The Trent Hones Team is excited to present Units 234 & 235, two beautifully appointed ground-floor, two-bedroom apartments overlooking the lap pool within Turtle Beach Resort. Buyers have the option to purchase either unit or purchase both for a prime Mermaid Beach asset. Each apartment features two spacious private patios, creating the perfect setting for outdoor living.

Each apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms including a generous master with its own private ensuite. Both bedrooms are filled with natural light, creating a bright and inviting retreat feel.

The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly onto a spacious private patio overlooking the resort grounds and lap pool, creating an ideal space for entertaining or relaxing outdoors. The well-appointed kitchens in both units are designed to maximise the living space and feature Caesarstone benchtops, quality appliances, and ample storage.

Both apartments have also been thoughtfully enhanced by the current owner with a range of quality upgrades, including brand new block-out roller blinds installed throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms for added privacy and comfort. New lighting has been fitted throughout each apartment, complemented by brand new ceiling fans, creating a fresh, modern feel.

A rare opportunity exists to secure one of these two-bedroom apartments individually or purchase both neighbouring residences, positioned side by side. With the ability to open the interconnecting door, the apartments transform into a spacious four-bedroom, four-bathroom beachside home, an offering that simply does not come along in Mermaid Beach. Providing exceptional flexibility for investors, holidaymakers, and extended families, both apartments also offer strong income potential through the resort's holiday letting pool or Airbnb accommodation in one of the Gold Coast's most sought-after beachside locations.

Enjoy a short stroll to the beach, local shops, cafes, and dining, with easy access to Pacific Fair, The Star Casino, The Convention Centre, Broadbeach, and Nobby Beach. Mermaid Beach remains one of the Gold Coast's most desirable locations. With Stage 3 of the Light Rail passing directly past Turtle Beach Resort and a stop directly out the front, a Woolworths just 200m away, and some of the city's best dining options nearby, this suburb continues to grow in popularity and investment potential.

Mermaid Beach stands out as one of the Gold Coast's most tightly held and desirable suburbs, prized for its absolute beachfront positioning, limited supply, and premium lifestyle appeal. With strong demand from buyers and a proven track record of capital growth, the suburb continues to benefit from ongoing development and lifestyle migration, making it a compelling choice for those seeking both an exceptional place to live and a smart long-term investment
