This newly completed architectural home by Madden Constructions represents the ultimate expression of bespoke design, meticulous craftsmanship and sophisticated family living. Created in collaboration with RLD Designs, every detail has been carefully considered to deliver a residence of extraordinary quality in one of Highton’s most prestigious and tightly held pockets.

Designed to maximise its prized north-facing orientation, the home is bathed in natural light, with expansive glazing and soaring 2.7-metre ceilings enhancing the sense of space and openness. White mahogany solid timber flooring brings warmth and elegance, while Florentine Walnut and Amaro joinery, brushed bronze Nero Mecca Collection tapware and premium stone finishes create a cohesive palette of understated luxury.

The heart of the home is a truly spectacular kitchen, where bookmatched Emerald Haze Quartzite forms a stunning island and benchtop that serves as both a functional workspace and a striking centrepiece. Appointed with premium appliances including an induction cooktop and dual steam ovens, the kitchen is complemented by an expansive butler’s pantry finished to the same exceptional standard. Soft-close cabinetry by Blum, integrated charging stations and subtle LED feature lighting underscore the home’s remarkable attention to detail.

Accommodation is thoughtfully arranged across two levels to provide privacy and flexibility. The upper floor is dedicated to the luxurious main suite, featuring a custom walk-in robe and a beautifully appointed ensuite with dual vanity, oversized shower and illuminated mirrors. A second living room with gas log fireplace captures elevated views across the landscaped gardens and surrounding Highton skyline, while a guest bedroom, dedicated home office and additional bathroom complete this level.

The lower floor is tailored to relaxed family living and effortless entertaining, offering two further bedrooms with walk-in robes, a designer bathroom and a full laundry with Turko Argenta Quartzite finishes. A generous rumpus room with a bespoke wet bar and integrated bar fridge opens seamlessly to the covered alfresco area, where remote-controlled blinds create a comfortable setting for year-round enjoyment.

The resort-inspired grounds, designed by award-winning local specialist Tristan Krepp of Coast2Nature Landscaping, centre around a heated saltwater swimming pool framed by ornamental gardens, spotted gum retaining walls and striking Blackbutt shiplap cladding.

Additional features include zoned electric heating and cooling with Wi-Fi connectivity for remote access, LED feature lighting throughout, internal access to a double garage, and a separate double garage/workshop providing exceptional additional storage, workspace and flexibility.

Positioned moments from Highton Village, Barrabool Hills Plaza, the Barwon River and Buckley Falls, and within easy reach of leading schools, Deakin University, Epworth Hospital and the Ring Road, this remarkable home also places the iconic Surf Coast destinations of Torquay, Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove within easy reach.
A rare and compelling offering, this is a home of exceptional calibre where architectural innovation, premium materials and resort-style luxury combine to create an unforgettable lifestyle opportunity.
