Set well back from the road and elevated at the front, this character three bedroom cottage is surrounded by paddocks and plenty of space to enjoy the great outdoors. The timber deck takes in the peaceful rural setting and provides a lovely spot to relax, entertain or simply watch the day unfold.

Inside the cottage is full of country charm, with solid Jarrah floors. The renovated country-style kitchen is light and bright with double sink, good bench space and a special view out into your yard and beyond to the riding trail. The slow combustion wood fire welcomes you with warmth in the cooler months. The lounge room opens directly to the verandah and features split-system air conditioning, while ceiling fans add further comfort here.

The largest bedroom enjoys a lovely position at the front of the home, with glass sliding doors opening directly onto the verandah. A second bedroom runs off the kitchen, while the third offers flexibility for family, guests or a home office.

Outside is where this property really comes into its own. The grounds have been thoughtfully kept low maintenance, while the acreage provides plenty of room for those wanting to keep horses, stock or simply enjoy the freedom that comes with having space around you.
