Build your dream home on this beautiful, easily maintainable acreage with amazing facilities.

Just over 60 minutes from Melbourne, and in the heartland of Kyneton, Daylesford and Castlemaine, this north-facing, nicely undulating 10.3 Acre property allows you to build your dream home on the already prepared, flat house site and enjoy the serenity of country life.

With two very large custom designed buildings and a very comfortable, self-contained outbuilding, this property can comfortably accommodate a minimum of 8 and allows you to stay in 5-star comfort while you choose whether to add your dream home at some time in the future or continue enjoying it the way the current vendors have. Situated on a slight elevation, an ideal future house site is perfectly north facing and captures the views of the rolling countryside.

The mixture of mature native and exotic trees including the massive 150-year-old Oak that welcomes you to the property, creates a park-like feeling within this beautiful rural setting.

Currently used as a retreat incorporating two home offices, the airconditioned main building is also perfect for entertaining. It contains a 'man-cave' like no other. The owner’s full-size billiard table, leisure games, hand crafted 'Irish Pub' style bar and mezzanine floor make this the ultimate 'WOW' space. On the north side of this is a modern space with full facilities and office, bathroom and the open plan living/kitchen room, which has north-facing views across the land and countryside.

A large second building has been fitted out as a very comfortable workshop that is adaptable to your own interests. It has air conditioning, room for 2 to 6 cars, hoists, abundant storage, a second home office and studio space. It offers double insulated walls and ceiling, a mezzanine storage room and two carports, one large enough for your supreme recreational vehicle.

Whilst the property is connected to mains power, the buildings are highly energy efficient with double glazing, double and/or triple insulation and a huge 'back to grid' solar system (61 solar panels) along with a large backup generator allowing complete off grid ability. The substantial security system includes CCTV and back to base alarm system.

Any further development has been well planned, with particular attention given to the underground wiring, extensive, computerised watering system and includingutilities to the desired site for your special future home to be built.
