Positioned just over an hour from Melbourne and barely 30 minutes to Geelong, this 20-acre (approx.) allotment presents a rare opportunity in one of the region's growing corridors. With easy access to Geelong, Avalon Airport, and Melbourne, this Low-Density Residential Zone 1 (LDRZ1) parcel of land is able to be sub-divided into 1-acre blocks (STCA). Within close proximity to Bannockburn, Lara and Geelong schools and shopping, these semi-rural developments are highly sought after.

This property is an outstanding opportunity for investors and developers and holdings located along the Midland Highway are becoming scarce.
