Poised to transform a sought-after setting in exclusive Old Ocean Grove, this incredible development opportunity on 828sqm (approx.) comes with approved plans and permits for two high-end townhouses.

The location is ultra-convenient, and the plans are extraordinary in their luxury and refined detail, ensuring all the hard work has been done to deliver a quality project ready for immediate commencement.

Currently, the site is graced by a three-bedroom brick classic, presenting an option for buyers to landbank and build down the track, or earn an income by renting out the existing dwelling.

The real appeal, however, lies in the opportunity to introduce a fresh, contemporary presence. Designed by Jet Design and Drafting, the proposed double storey dwellings showcase luxury at every turn, with a showpiece kitchen, open plan living hub, and expansive glazing that captures abundant natural light.

Beautiful, functional, and timeless, each four-bedroom, two-bathroom layout also comprises a ground-floor main suite, a second living area upstairs, study, plus a remote double garage, while a weatherboard and stone-clad exterior sets the tone for the elegant coastal aesthetic.

The proximity to the local Surfside school and sporting precinct, and Marketplace shops, only enhances the allure of this exceptional site, which is also within mere moment of the pristine Ocean Grove coastline.

Perfect for developers, investors, or those looking to create their dream home with additional passive income potential, this is a rare opportunity to undertake a high-calibre project without the need to invest in time and effort in the planning process.
