Certainly a rare offering, this gorgeous apartment is perfectly positioned on level three of one of Melbourne's most beautiful Heritage treasures, the iconic Majorca building, that was designed by architect Harry Norris and built in 1930. Nestled on the corner of Flinders Lane and Centre Place, directly opposite Degraves Street, amidst historic laneways, cafes, boutiques, bars, trams, trains and the vibrancy of the CBD, at your doorstep. Featuring a light filled corner aspect, high ceilings, timber floors, beautiful steel framed windows, and generously proportioned for your comfort and style. The accommodation includes a formal entry through to a generous open plan living and dining room, overlooked by a functional kitchen, with gas cooking, dishwasher and ample storage. Large bi fold doors open directly into the double size bedroom, with a Juliette balcony, walk through robe and direct bathroom access. Additional features include a separate laundry, hydronic heating, a basement storage cupboard and secure intercom entry.

The building derived its name from the island that gave inspiration to the detailing of its facade, wrapped in blue faience tiles and a foyer with stunning terrazzo detail. The Majorca Building (circa 1928-30) highlights the exotic architecture of the "jazz age" in the late 1920s.
