A rare opportunity to acquire a two bedroom one bathroom apartment within the highly regarded Forbes Residences, one of Applecross's most sought-after addresses. Perfect for investors, this offering delivers secure, low-maintenance income with exceptional long-term growth potential.

Situated on the third floor corner with views in two directions this light filled apartment is extremely well equipped and has a luxurious feel about it.

Income is fixed under the initial lease agreement and increases annually in line with CPI, providing reliable returns regardless of occupancy levels. Importantly, all cleaning, maintenance of furnishings, and ongoing furniture, fittings and equipment (FF&E) refurbishment costs are fully covered by the lessee, creating a genuinely hands-off investment.

Even better, there are no management fees deducted from the lease income, ensuring investors receive the full benefit of the agreed returns.

The apartment is sold fully furnished, with the complete inventory of furniture, appliances and equipment included in the purchase price.

Positioned within a premium development in blue-chip Applecross, and supported by established corporate and executive accommodation demand, these apartments also offer compelling long-term capital growth prospects.
