Welcome to Lucida Como - where thoughtful design meets an unbeatable location. This near-new development has been crafted to sit effortlessly within its natural surroundings while bringing neighbours together in a true community setting. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac lined with established homes in the heart of Como, this boutique complex is home to just two townhouses and 12 exquisitely finished apartments - every detail considered, every finish premium.

Designed by the award-winning CAPA Architects, Lucida Como delivers a fresh take on contemporary living in one of Perth's most beloved suburbs, with everything you need right on your doorstep.

And this isn't just any apartment - it's the pick of the collection. Perched on the top floor with a coveted river-facing outlook, you'll wake up to shimmering, ever-changing water views and watch the city skyline light up in spectacular fashion when fireworks season rolls around.

Life here is designed for effortless entertaining. Open-plan living lets the kitchen, dining and lounge flow straight out to a generous balcony, blurring the line between indoors and out. Double glazing extends across every window in the home, including the living areas, helping reduce outside noise and regulate indoor temperature for year-round comfort. The kitchen is nothing short of spectacular - engineered stone benchtops, SMEG stainless steel appliances, a double sink, dishwasher and abundant storage, all set against a constantly changing backdrop of river views that make even the everyday feel special.

Retreat to bedrooms made for rest and recharge, where natural light pours in to create a calm, welcoming feel. Roller blinds with both sheer and blockout options give you full control over light and privacy, whatever the moment calls for. The primary suite comes complete with a built-in robe and private ensuite - walk-in shower, oversized vanity and WC included. Two further bedrooms offer built-in robes of their own, perfect for family or visiting guests.

The second bathroom keeps pace with the same sleek design language, pairing a spacious vanity with a walk-in shower and WC for everyday ease.

Inside, the Stellar colour palette draws inspiration from the night sky - soft, luminous tones that adapt beautifully to any furniture style, bringing warmth, depth, and understated luxury to every room.

Head up to the residents-only rooftop and take in sweeping views across the Perth CBD and Swan River. It's the perfect spot to connect with neighbours under the stars or host friends for a laid-back evening - complete with BBQ facilities, lush landscaping and plenty of shaded seating.

Smart, sustainable living is also built in, with the development connected to a renewable energy provider via on-site solar panels - helping substantially reduce your electricity bills while lowering your environmental footprint.

Peace of mind comes standard too, with security cameras monitoring the foyer and garage, and fob access required for entry to every level of the building.

Location doesn't get much better than this. Tucked into one of Como's most central yet peaceful pockets, you're just 7 minutes from the Perth CBD by car, with excellent public transport close by. Take a morning walk to Neil McDougall Park or Comer Reserve, or head 5 minutes down the road to South Perth Foreshore for a scenic run or riverside lunch. Families are well covered too, with Curtin and Como Primary Schools nearby, plus Como Secondary College, Aquinas College and Penrhos College all within easy reach.
