Positioned on Cherry Lane with elevated outlooks over Gisborne township, this presents a rare opportunity on 4,451m2 (approx.) for a potential 10-unit development, or just over 1 acre (approx.), with a prized rectangular landholding backing onto stunning views across Jackson Creek to Mount Gisborne.

The plans comprise 10 dwellings, including 8 double-storey residences and 2 single-storey homes, supported by a tasteful material and colour schedule and a complete landscaping plan. Designed to maximise the site's scale, shape, and outlook, the development offers strong lifestyle appeal in a premium Gisborne setting.

Its location places future residents within walking distance of bus stops and Swinburne Avenue Children's Centre, while remaining close to the train station, Gisborne village shops and cafés, supermarkets, and a strong selection of schools. The property is zoned for New Gisborne Primary School and Gisborne Secondary College and is also close to Gisborne Montessori School and Holy Cross Catholic Primary School.

Lifestyle appeal is paramount, with Gisborne's everyday ease enhanced by Macedon Ranges views, green space, and proximity to established amenities, with a compelling balance of township connection and scenic beauty. With Melbourne's CBD around a 45-minute drive away, it is a significant project in one of Gisborne's most desirable growth settings.
