If you long for the peace and privacy only offered by a country lifestyle, and you are looking for something really solid and low maintenance, within 15 minutes of town, then look no further, this may be the right one to make your new home or weekend getaway.

Set on 64.5 acres of mostly cleared land this double brick home could not be easier to take care of. If you love the retro stylings of the 80's that is so popular right now, you will definitely want to preserve some of the original features of this home built in 1985.

It has 3 bedrooms, all with built-in robes, a three piece bathroom and separate toilet, a U-shaped kitchen, dining, lounge with a privacy wall at the front door, and a good sized laundry. A reverse cycle split system will ensure your comfort, and for ambience you may also want to use the fireplace.

The home features internal brick walls so you never have to paint or worry, it also has raked ceiling that are plaster or timber lined, with exposed beams. Directly outside of the back door is a good sized patio, perfect for entertaining or just enjoying the fresh air, country views and wide open space.

Water is ample with 3 tanks and 3 dams, the home is all electric, and there is a variety of shedding for all sorts of storage. This property has some history with the same family occupying it since 1895! There are some interesting artefacts here that you might like to discuss with the agent, and it is around 10 minutes from the shops in Eaglehawk, which is just under 10 minutes from the regional city of Bendigo's CBD.

From Bendigo Pyramid Road take Bayliss Road and the property is at the T intersection of Dalys Road.

Consider yourself invited to the next open or feel free to contact the agent for an inspection, Ruth Heard - 0479 059 099.
