Rarely does an opportunity of this magnitude emerge so close to Melbourne's northern growth corridor. Spanning approximately 467 acres (189 hectares) of prime land, this property represents the final holding of the historic 'Glengarry Station' and is uniquely comprised of three separate titles: 16.85 Ha*, 111.1 Ha*, and 59.42 Ha*. Positioned in a tightly held district, the land features well-drained loam soils and a significant 1.2km frontage to Romsey Road. With the Deep Creek traversing the property and power connections already available, the site is perfectly equipped for high-scale agricultural pursuits or elite equine operations. Beyond the existing configuration, there is also the exciting possibility for a further two titles (STCA), adding even more flexibility to this significant landholding.

While currently highly productive and zoned Farming Zone (FZ), the true allure lies in its strategic location on the fringe of the Urban Growth Boundary. With the nearby Donnybrook-Woodstock and Wallan precincts experiencing rapid expansion, this property offers immense landbanking potential and future re-zoning opportunities (STCA), making it a cornerstone investment. The property balances rural serenity with city convenience, located just 2km from Darraweit Guim, 10km from Wallan, 30 minutes from Melbourne Airport, and 50 minutes from the CBD. Elevated ridges across the acreage provide 360-degree panoramic views, offering a spectacular canvas for a landmark luxury estate.

The property spans across 3 titles, these can also be purchased separately:

Lots 1 & 2 - $1,800,000 - $1,980,000
Lot 3 - 276 Acres - $3,600,000
