Set well back on its block to make the most of the outlook, this relaxed coastal home looks out over open farmland to water views over Western Port Bay. It is a place where the days slow right down, and evenings are best spent watching the sun sink over the bay.

Inside, open plan living keeps things easy and sociable, with kitchen, dining and living flowing together so the views stay part of everyday life. Simple, comfortable and ready to enjoy as it is, the home is a perfect start for first home buyers, an easy weekender or a holiday house you can make your own over time.

The generous setback brings something many coastal homes can't offer: plenty of room for extra vehicles, with space to park the boat, caravan or trailer. Storage under the house takes care of the fishing gear, kayaks, bikes and beach chairs.

Coronet Bay is a quiet seaside town on the eastern shore of Western Port, loved for its unhurried pace and its fishing. Locals enjoy the sandy beach, foreshore walking tracks and relaxed pace. The tidal boat ramp in town and the all tides ramp at nearby Corinella, only a few minutes' drive away, make it easy to get out on the water for whiting, snapper and calamari. San Remo and Phillip Island are around 15 minutes away, and South Easter suburbs of Melbourne are approximately an hour's drive.

Uncomplicated, peaceful and full of potential, this is coastal living the way it should be.
