Set within the former Victorian Distillery on the fringe of East Melbourne, this two-level warehouse has been thoughtfully transformed by Kister Architects, combining the building's heritage character with sharp contemporary design.

A unique feature of Collingwood's industrial legacy, the Distillery now offers a flexible live/work environment, with residence 3B ideally located within a small complex to ensure privacy and capitalise on natural light and cross-ventilation.

Spanning two levels and offering five principal rooms, the layout incorporates a series of open-plan living spaces, complemented by a well-appointed kitchen with 4m concrete benchtops, Miele induction cooking, soft-close cabinetry, and a butler's pantry. Three separate alfresco areas provide flexibility for entertaining and outdoor living, while two bathrooms and a separate laundry add everyday practicality.

Spotted Gum timber floors, double glazing, hydronic heating, air-conditioning, LED lighting, and generous storage feature throughout. A covered car space completes a distinctive inner-city residence with a strong architectural identity.

Positioned within easy reach of Gertrude Street, Smith Street, Fitzroy Gardens, city-bound trams and the CBD, the property offers an outstanding combination of character, comfort, and inner-city convenience.
