Inside, the home feels fresh, bright and welcoming, with stylish contemporary light fittings, new window treatments throughout and new flooring to the bedrooms adding to its appeal. Preston Beach is one of those special coastal communities where life moves at a more relaxed pace.

Located approximately 45 minutes south of Mandurah, alongside Yalgorup National Park and Lake Preston, the town offers an enviable combination of beach, bushland and community.

Spend your mornings walking along the coast, enjoy the local community gardens and regular activities at the community centre, or head to the scenic 9-hole golf course, which winds its way through the salt lakes and natural surrounds of Yalgorup National Park. Don't be surprised to find yourself sharing the course with some of the local kangaroos! The clubhouse adds to the friendly community atmosphere with social events and opportunities to meet other locals.

The Preston Beach General Store is once again serving fuel, adding another welcome convenience for locals and visitors, while nearby Footprints Resort provides a great spot to dine, unwind and catch up with friends.

The beachfront itself is ideal for relaxed family days with a children's playground, shady trees, grassed areas, toilets, showers and free electric BBQ facilities.

Whether you're searching for a permanent coastal home, holiday escape or an established short-stay opportunity, 4 Mitchell Road offers flexibility, space and the chance to embrace everything that makes Preston Beach such a special place to live and visit.
