The city looks good from here

The balcony is the first thing you’ll want to see. Wrapping around this top-floor apartment, it gives you a wonderful place to sit outside and take in sweeping city views.

Lift access brings you directly to the apartment, where floor-to-ceiling glass fills the spacious living and dining area with light. The kitchen has stone benchtops, a dishwasher and cleverly integrated storage, while engineered timber floors and soft modern tones give the apartment a warm, considered feel.

Both bedrooms are generously sized and one has built-in robes. The two bathrooms have walk-in showers and mirrored vanities. There’s also a concealed European laundry, split-system heating and cooling, ceiling fans, secure video intercom entry, a car space and storage cage.

Fairfield’s cafes, shops and station are steps away, with Darebin Parklands, Fairfield Boathouse and the Yarra’s walking and cycling trails all adding to the appeal of this lovely pocket.
