Enjoy a front row seat to the Indian Ocean every day with this luxurious fourth-floor apartment, which has one of the most beautiful oceanfront views in North Fremantle.

Sitting opposite parklands, elevated above the Leighton Beach stretch of shoreline, this sub-penthouse apartment offers a breathtaking view of the sea across to Rottnest Island; its uninterrupted ocean outlook sweeping north to Cottesloe and south towards Fremantle Harbour. This is a magical, everchanging view that feels alive every day. Watch waves break along the shoreline, beachgoers wander across the sand and ships on the horizon. In the evenings, the sky becomes a shifting canvas of colour as the sun disappears into the Indian Ocean.

This waterfront apartment occupies a coveted fourth-floor position within Prima, an exclusive development just footsteps from Leighton Beach. Completed in 2017, this secure, quiet complex has just 45 residences and an on-site building manager. The complex has landscaped gardens with a sparkling lap pool, gym and barbecue entertaining area.

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a home office, this home is perfect for professional couples, singles, empty nesters or retirees. Enjoy an effortless coastal lifestyle and start your days with a swim or gym session or an invigorating dip at Leighton Beach followed by coffee at The Orange Box. Meet friends for a coastal stroll or lunch at Bib & Tucker. Enjoy dinner at Pearla & Co or take a picnic onto the lush lawns of Vlamingh Parklands as the sun sets. With other coastal hotspots right on your doorstep, like MRKT Space, Pearla & Co, Palette and OOPS Pizza, here you are also just minutes to the cafes, bars and restaurants of Queen Victoria Street as well as the Fremantle cappuccino strip. North Fremantle Station is also within easy walking distance, making it easy to get into Fremantle or the CBD.

At the centre of the home is the open-plan kitchen, living and dining with fresh white walls and modern timber-look tile floors. Floor-to-ceiling glazing with concealed blockout blinds bring in the spectacular views. Open the sliding door to the spacious balcony and let the sea breeze drift through the home. You will love to sit out here with your morning coffee and watch the beach below slowly come to life.

The balcony offers ample room for relaxed entertaining. Invite friends over for sunset drinks or long lunches to a backdrop of blue. A sliding louvred partition can be moved into position to provide protection from the western sun, allowing the space to be enjoyed comfortably throughout the seasons.

The modern, elegant kitchen is a dream to cook in. A mirrored splashback to the stove area reflects the ocean panorama, ensuring the view can be enjoyed even while preparing dinner. Carrara marble to the island upstand brings a subtle sense of luxury, complemented by engineered stone benchtops with waterfall ends to the island. Miele appliances include a gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave and semi-integrated dishwasher. The cabinets have been upgraded with top-quality pull-out drawers.

Take your pick of two beautifully proportioned bedroom suites, both with stunning views. One bedroom opens directly onto the front balcony, allowing you to wake to fresh sea air and a water view. A three-door robe, fitted out with shelving, offers plenty of storage.

Meanwhile the main suite between feels more intimate, with a full-width window that captures the breathtaking ocean vista. Two robes here offer generous storage. Both fully-tiled bathrooms feel elegantly appointed and continue the home's refined, contemporary palette; the ensuite to the main also has a separate bath. Enjoy a luxurious soak after an invigorating evening coastal walk.

The apartment has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans, a European laundry, basement parking for two cars and a secure storeroom. The apartment shares an airy fourth floor common foyer, which residents are permitted to style as they wish, creating a space that feels like an extension of the home.

If you daydream about beachfront living in a home with one of the most beautiful views around, this exquisite apartment could be the one.
