Steeped in history, this distinctive Richmond address was once a chocolate factory before becoming the fashion warehouse of celebrated ’60s and ’70s designer Norma Tullo. Today, it offers an exceptional residential setting, with this light-filled two-bedroom apartment showcasing generous proportions, contemporary comfort, and an enviable inner-city lifestyle. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, oven, and dishwasher, flowing seamlessly into the spacious open plan living and dining area. A split-system heating and cooling unit ensures year-round comfort, while direct access to the north-facing balcony creates the perfect setting for alfresco dining or relaxing. Both bedrooms are generously proportioned and feature built-in robes, with one also offering a fitted desk ideal for working from home. The main bedroom is further enhanced by its own Juliet balcony. A centrally located bathroom features a shower over bath, complemented by convenient integrated laundry facilities. Additional highlights include secure intercom entry and an off street parking space for one vehicle. Ideally positioned to enjoy the very best of Richmond, the apartment is moments from the suburb’s renowned cafes, restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping, with excellent public transport options close by. Combining a unique historical backdrop with light-filled interiors and an outstanding lifestyle location, this is an appealing opportunity to enjoy the best of Melbourne’s vibrant inner city.
