Nestled within one of Victoria’s most picturesque and productive rural corridors, this extraordinary 60.94-hectare (approx. 150-acre) estate offers an exceptional blend of heritage, natural beauty, and contemporary refinement all just minutes from the heart of Trentham.

The double-brick Victorian homestead, originally established in 1859, has been thoughtfully renovated and extended in a contemporary style, creating a residence of rare integrity where timeless craftsmanship, warmth, and light unite in a sophisticated country sanctuary.

Inside, the five-bedroom home unfolds across two beautifully composed levels. The ground floor features polished concrete and polished timber floors, while timber flooring upstairs adds warmth and texture. Expansive glazing and strategically placed skylights fill the interiors with natural light, accentuating generous proportions and serene garden vistas. Upstairs, an additional living area provides a peaceful retreat, enhanced by abundant natural light and leafy outlooks from every window.

The modern kitchen showcases clean architectural lines, stone benchtops, and quality appliances, seamlessly connecting to open-plan living and dining spaces enriched by custom timber-topped joinery. Four wood fireplaces, including one with an exquisite pressed-tin surround, create a sense of comfort and authenticity. Bi-fold doors open to a beautiful deck, perfect for relaxing and entertaining, while an undercover verandah at the front of the home provides a sheltered entrance.

Additional highlights include floor-to-ceiling tiled bathrooms, a spacious mudroom and laundry, a charming underground stone-walled cellar, and a generous oversized 8 × 10 m double garage.

Beyond the home, the estate is run as a fully functioning agricultural business, self-sufficient with hay and fodder cut directly from the property and currently cropping and running cattle across nine well-fenced paddocks with rich volcanic soils. The property enjoys approximately 500 metres of Coliban River frontage, supported by four spring-fed dams that flow all year round and a 13 megalitre water licence, ensuring exceptional water security. Infrastructure includes a 180-bale hay shed, cattle yards, and a fully powered 30 m × 9 m machinery shed with three roller doors.

Framed by landscaped gardens, an automated sprinkler system, raised vegetable beds, and a solar gate entry, this remarkable holding represents a rare opportunity to secure a productive and established agricultural enterprise, to be sold as a going concern.
