Live the good life on this fabulous 2.1 Hectare (approx. 5 acres) property
which has become available on the outskirts of Bunbury. On one side of
this acreage is a great sheep, goat, cow, alpaca or horse paddock with good
fencing and a couple of horse yards with shelters. On the other side is a
substantial 4-bedroom 2-bathroom brick and tile home with a garage, 3 bay
open shed, lockup workshop and an elevated roofed bay for parking a
caravan or boat in.

The house is a solidly built brick and tile home, the main bedroom being
king sized with a walk-in robe and ensuite, the other bedrooms are all
queen sized and have built in robes and ducted reverse cycle air
conditioning. The bathroom has a corner spa bath and separate shower.
There is also a spacious formal lounge, dining, family, games room and
country kitchen with a huge walk-in pantry, an electric oven and cook top
as well as a wood stove that's great for warming the living area in winter.
There is a solar system on the roof which greatly reduces the energy bills.
The home is serviced by 2 x 20,000-gallon water tanks, over 180,000 litres
metric capacity. A water bore with a centrifugal pump that ensures the
gardens and lawn are well watered. Around the home is a lovely garden
with numerous mature fruit trees including grapes, figs, mandarin, lemon
