Nestled within the town limits of Linton this vacant land holding 1011sqm (approx a quarter acre) offers a great opportunity to build in this country location.. The land includes a colour bond shed/garage with concrete floor and measures approx 10m x 3.6m. The boundaries of the block have been fenced.

Just in front of the land is the Ballarat Skipton Rail Trail, offering 53km trail meandering through historic goldfields sites, traversing a majestic trestle bridge and taking in the wonderful rolling hills and pockets of forest between Ballarat and Skipton.

The land offers an elevated north facing slight slope with water already connected and power running on the back of the block. Linton convenience store and Linton Railway Hotel are within short walking distance.

The small historic town of Linton is approx. 30 minutes West of Ballarat and 20 minutes to the amenities of the Delacombe Town Centre on Ballarat's Western outskirts.
