Four acres of highway frontage land in the charming village of Meredith, Township Zoned, half way between Geelong and Ballarat and waiting for a new development to serve the local community and the many travellers who pass through the town.

It could be a servo, a drive through cafe or takeaway, including a serene picnic and rest area, or a subdivision subject to Council approval.

The land has an 87M frontage to Midland Highway and a depth of 237M on the south side with a residential allotment indenting the rear north boundary and is within walking distance of the town centre and its services.

A well established rural supplies business occupies the front of the property and includes an office and associated storage buildings which the owner plans to sell and relocate to an alternate location as the opportunity arises.
